What I liked

The outpatient checking in and waiting time was acceptable and the consultant was was excellent. This hospital has greatly improved in the last year. IT SHOULD NOT BE CLOSED!

What could be improved

The car parking availability does need to be made more user friendly.

I am responsible for everything to do with facilities, estates and IT. This includes our £50m building programme, food, cleaning, estates, porters, telephones, IT, transport, car parks and anything similar. Also leading our new Patient Experience Programme.

Dear John Marshman,

Apologies that we haven't responded before now to your comment. You may have noticed if you've had reason to visit East Surrey Hospital recently that we've increased the number of visitor and patient car parking spaces and things are hopefuly now much better. We certainly get very negative comments about parking.
