About: Royal Brompton Hospital

Anything else?

I am only able to give my opinion as an out-patient. However communication has been a big issue for me. After receiving a letter telling me my appointment was cancelled as i had been booked into the wrong clinic and was told that i would receive a new appointment soon. This never happened and after speaking to different people after being transferred from one person to another no one returns the calls they say they will. I have been given a date for admission and tests which i am unable to keep, despite phoning and leaving messages and trying to rearrange this have not heard back. Please dont advise me to contact PALS .............i left a message for them almost 2 weeks ago and still waiting.

I have chosen to remain anonymous as if i havnt slipped through the net dont want my care compromised.
