I attended the X Ray department on Friday 03 May 2013 for a scan. I found the staff to be welcoming, kind and caring. I was treated with respect and my dignity was promoted at all times. The process was explained and I was consulted on all aspects of the process. I was seen on time, this was important as I had to attend with a full bladder. Overall my visit was as pleasant an experience as possible.
