Disgusting my mother had a bad stroke at the age of 83,, 2 weeks ago and was given another patients medication to go home with which was for totally different illness to my mothers had i have not been there my mother would have taken this medicaiton thinking it was a new one t start due to being in hospital for a servere stroke .How an earth can this happe.Totally unacceptable . I will be writting in a complaint about this happening .Furhter to this she also had her 45.00 pair of new shoes go missing and still not been found in accident and emergency majors what is happening today with hopsitals. I will be making a complaint about this also ..Thankfully i was with my mother and checked the name on these new tablets and seen they was not for my mother .Hence what would have happened t my mother had she had taken this medication .
