I had to visit A&E North Hampshire Hospital on a bank holiday weekend. I was in extreme pain. I queued, then queued again, only to be asked to go to a different - this time private clinic, because they did not supply the service and treatment I needed. I was treated like a number and it was obvious that the staff did not even want to help or to listen even.
