"Specialist Politness"

About: Southlands Hospital

Anything else?

I found the dermatologist I was booked to see wasn,t the one I ended up with and instead had some arrogant youngster showing off in front of the nurses who I found to be very polite and understanding, but I left the department feeling very humiliated as the reason for my visit was to get an opinion for my surgery nurse who had been treating my legs since December and who sent a letter to this affect which at the time wasn,t even looked at. These specialists need to understand if they didn't have patients - They wouldn't have jobs. Maybe my age 77years is something to do with it.
