What I liked
I brought my mother in a few years back, with a 'minor' heart attack discovered and acted on by myself at 1.30am. She was treated quickly and within days was transferred to Brighton, a specialist hospital for angiograms and stent procedures. ESH acted very quickly as far as I could see they were very good.
Two years ago, I came to the Redwood department and was treated really well, very efficient. The staff were very good and really knew my history. I was comforted even though I was nervous.
What could be improved
Nothing much, it seemed very good. important point was the care was good.
