Thanks to the dedicated team at York gastroenterology department I have finally got my Crohn`s disease under control after many years . The whole team have been super in prompt appointments and treatment from scans also to Endoscopy`s it has given me faith in the N.H.S care . The consutants are caring and listen to what you have to say. I can now hopefully put my life back together again as I can now see a light at the end of what seamed to be always hard to reach .
