I attended a day surgery for a cataract operation and was very impressed with the treatment and care I received. The staff were kind and understanding from start to finish, understood how nervous I felt, were very reassuring and explained everything that was going on. The surgeon himself telephoned me the next day to check that I was alright and to ask if there were any problems, which seems to me a very efficient way of following up on the procedure. They made the experience as comfortable and painless as possible.
