Well I didn't see it. Every member of staff I saw, seemed good humoured and very friendly. I couldn't have asked for better treatment. When a letter from my GP wasn't on file they dealt with the problem and carried out the additional surgery with no fuss. This is the second time I have been admitted to this hospital and it would always be my first choice. The food is better than I have had at a private hospital.
