"Wonderful day unit"

I went to the day unit to have a foot operation. The nursing staff were very friendly and the nurse that took care of me was lovely. I also had a student nurse watch my op and do other minor things for me, she was lovely and very confident.

I felt at ease and the atmosphere was like that of family, everyone worked well as a team and knew how to help each other .

The ward was clean and the staff were always cleaning their hands.

My consultant did a fantastic job and before I forget the anethsatist was also good and put me at ease.

Overall I had a wonderful and satisfying experience .
