Anything else?
My Mother aged 89 has been in ward 24 for a week. She seems to have recovered well but we know very little, it is difficult to get information. I always had to look for a nurse and ask how Mum was, I felt embarrassed as if interrupting her. Mum was discharged today and arrived home in an ambulance at 10:15 pm. She was cold, hungry, shaky, feeling sick and very distressed. I tried to ring the ward earlier in the evening to get information but no-one answered. Her treatment during discharge has been horrendous .
"Not good"
