I came in as a day patient for a cardioversion and the reception staff were most courteous. The waiting area was very pleasant. The nursing staff were excellent. Put me at my ease immediately and the whole procedure was painless and a great success. So my grateful thanks to the medical team in the Richard Ticehurst Surgical Unit
