Anything else?
i have come in for a minor operation on the 30 the of April 2013 i went into theatre at 11.00 am and came out at 4.00pm was so tired on a ward of 4 beds and only me and another person is in this roomm. she talks loud . her phone has rang non-stop i could not sleep, i complained that i needed my rest you would think these in- competent members of staff would know that., am told she will not be long or her visitor is leaving soon.
not only that they bought me dinner left it on the table far away from me i could not reach it. it went cold also my tea and so i ended up with a rubbish sandwich oh what fun i am having.
Woke up the next day which is today and guess what the same thing starts again, i buzz and complain don't worry they say she is moving up stairs but she is still here! i am getting angry now i shout out i need rest too i get told sorry but the doctor and the lady are chatting like there are in different counties and yes i do still have my head phones in and yes i can still her them well 10 minutes ago that was enough for me so angry i start to cry get up put some clothes on and go for a walk one doctor tries to come up to me, i walk and take a breather and walk to the reception and ask them for a complaint form a doctor tries to pass the buck i don't work in this department i look at them they pick up the phone and make a call, come back to me and tell me they have to give me a number i tell them i am going to blogg, Facebook it , everything it and make my way to my bed ready for war now i sit and write.
nurse comes over are you ok i heard you was upset, i hold nothing back and explode with information they tell me they are sorry but this is the same one who bought me food and left it were i could not reach it. This is a continuation of yesterday problem, i forgot to mention the breakfast situation well they came over and said what would you like for breakfast i said what do you have (this person has very bad bed manners know this it my job & under no circumstances would i handle patients they way they did, the night before i rang my buzzer they came to me and said yeah what do you want, i told her to go away) she said corn flacks, this flacks, brown flacks and bread and butter i ask her for toast no toast its what they repeats No breakfast for me.
