What I liked
the walk in centre has a reputation for having excessive waiting times, but i was in and out in half an hour which was very good considering it was nine in the evening on a friday night. the doctor said he had no one to see at the time so was putting patients through to him missing the triage wait.
What could be improved
putting the reception outside the building meant you were freezing cold and in the rain awaiting for a receptionist who has the quietest voice in the world but you could get close enough to hear him properly. probably only being quite as not to shout out all your personal details in a car park which has a queue of people surrounding you due to no one knowing quite where to stand. had to then argue with the doctor that horsham hospital DOES has a physiotherapy dept but he still refused to acknowledge this fact, and insisted that i was to go to crawley for my physio. very annoying as this meant i had to go back to my gp on the Monday to get a new referral form to have physio in horsham
