I attend the hematology dept. at sunderland royal, i have had times here when i feel staff are less than friendly , i have also observed staff interaction with others that seemed less than friendly and unprofessional .

For someone to make negative comments on here about NHS staff is not abuse , as all comments i have read seem to be constructive criticism and im sure they would not be published if they were deemed abusive . Even though some people are obviously happy with their treatment here it does not follow that everyone else is .

Also some people may not feel they can raise issues with staff at the time so NHS choices is the only way for some people to put across their concerns and should be encouraged .

I feel some of the staff in this dept are not up to standard at times so there is absolutely nothing wrong with criticism .
