What I liked

i've lived around here all my life and have always found it an excellent place for treating small injuries. People tend to treat it like a hospital or a GP clinic and forget it's a small injuries unit. They've been great for things like broken toes and ankles and always had me seen quickly, even on a weekend.

What could be improved

It does feel quite cottagey but that's only to be expected of somewhere like sittingbourne where everyone knws everyone else. Maybe speed up the process a little and make sure people are seen by doctors rather than nurses first when they obviously have broken something...
