What I liked
My Nan was a patient on Sandwich Bay Ward and sadly died on the ward.
The staff were attentive, caring and showed great dedication to her and my family at all times.
Nothing was too much trouble and they provided us with a room and tea and coffee all night and through the day.
Nan had everything she needed and was totally comfortable. Every step of her treatment and care was explained to us.
