Laura came to see me to see if she could reduce some of my medication.

When she came she went through everything I take and explained every tablet. Laura then set up a plan to reduce the main medication that would benefit me, with her help I went on smaller doses of very strong medication. I feel a lot better in myself now. I could not have done it without her being there to support me.

I would like to say she is a credit to the NHS. Laura is caring, kind, listens to you. When you have a problem nothing is too much for her.

Well done and a big thank you very much xx
