I have been an inpatient 8 times in the last year, plus frequent outpatient visits, so I have a clear perspective.
The staff are angels and the treatment is superb. I could not wish for better treatment if I went private.
However communications are poor and staffing levels are inadequate, putting undue pressure on existing staff.
