There is a receptionist in my surgery who I find loud, totally OTT and has no patient confidentiality. You walk in and she greets you shouting out your first name, asking what is wrong and this is in the waiting room full of patients as the waiting room is in the same place as the reception. I don't think she should be at the front greeting patients who are ill and vulnerable
