About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Only thing against was taking 3 weeks to get an appointment to see a Doctor.

However, it is not entirely clear whether you are referring to a delay in obtaining an appointment with your GP or whether there has been a delay in arranging an apppointment with a Consultant. In the circumstances I have assumed that your experience of the TRAQS system was satisfactory.
