(as a service user),

Given a choice Nuffield/Derriford, choose Nuffield.

Then rang by Derriford offering another date.

Derriford said they did not have access to joint booking system and did not know I had an appointment at Nuffield.

Apart from that, flawless.

Dear 'Yellow635',

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments about the TRAC service, I am glad that your experience was a good one. Unfortunately TRAC do not have access to the Derriford Booking System and I cannot be sure why there were difficulties with booking once you had already chosen.

If you would like to you can contact the PALs team 0300 123 16725 or on 01392 267665 they may be able to find out some more information for you. The PALs team are open from Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm.
