"Re-referral after treatments is a bit annoying as treatment is ongoing."

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Excellent care from staff, needing re-referral after treatments is a bit annoying as treatment is ongoing.

Was not sure I could be helped after many years with undiagnosed problem, but Karen at the clinic is excellent and I'm improving!
