About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I was referred by my GP for abdominal scans and had a lady from TRAQs phoning to offer me several dates and locations to suit my needs.

With the follow up referral to see a gynaecologist I had the same excellent service offered and I am glad to say this made my concerns and worries much better.

The TRAQS team does appreciate your comments regarding your experience of the booking system. As you have realised it means patients are provided with a date and time to suit them at a hospital of their own choice, which is the object of the process.
