"I have stopped drinking and can now see light at the end of the tunnel"

About: Ashley House / Recovery service

(as the patient),

Hi,

After losing my son in October 2012 I was assigned a key worker in Ashley House, Widnes. His name is Tony.

He explained to me all the help that was available and was very kind. I had started drinking again after 7 years of abstinence, I was in a very bad place.

After talking with Tony, he not only put my mind at rest but he put me in touch with the carers association in Widnes as my husband is disabled. Since then my phone has not stopped ringing with offers to help.

I have stopped drinking and can now see light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks Tony.
