"Changes at Guernsey House"

About: Primary Care Addiction Service Sheffield (PCASS)

(as the patient),

I just wanted to say that I like what they have done with the reception area much better than before the seating is better. Whats missing is being able to have a cup of coffee or tea. Some people coming here havent got two pennies to rub together to sit and have a cup of something would be nice.

Hi punter65, thanks for your comments about the waiting area. We made the improvements working closely with our Service User Ambassadors and we are really pleased with the results.

We have recently had a vending machine fitted in the waiting room for cold drinks and as you proabably know, we provide cold, filtered water free of charge.

We have been considering whether we should make hot drinks available for some time but there are some logistical problems we haven't been able to get around at this point.

Please do post again if you have any more comments to make.
