What I liked
Why is it that the department that covers orthapaedics, injuries etc is in the most constricted area? People with crutches, wheelchairs, plaster etc forced to wait in a claustrophobic corridor practically touching each other. Would it not be more sensible to have this department on the main ground floor.Women with children in wheelchairs were struggling to get into the corridor. Most uncomfortable.Patients were having to move around so that others could reach the consulting room.
What could be improved
I would have thought that the obvious solution would be to have more room for those that need more room eg the most disabled. Just a bit of thought could make all the difference to people having to wait.
"Why is it that the department ..."
