I attended a&e monday 10/03/08

At approximately 1830 hours and found the recepition staff very helpful. After a short wait approximately 30 minutes i was called into see the doctor.

The reason i attended was because of i large red lump which had appeared on tongue,the doctor was not happy and asked for a member of ent to attend this dr came with in about 5 minutes and examined my mouth did not think it was to serious but could see someone at the ent clinic the following morning.when i arrived home my wife had taken a call from the ent dept with an appointment for 1130 hrs tuesday.as my mouth inproved i did not need to keep the appointment so phoned and cancelled.i was very pleased with my first contact with the william harvey and my thanks to all concerned.
