What I liked
The Staff gave the impression of Confidence and had a really caring attitude
I was treated with dignity and kept fully informed of what was happening at all times
From consultation to appointment, Pre Op to Post Op the staff were wonderfully human and could not be reproached in any way.
Well done to you all I have complete confidence in the NHS and would recommend the William Harvey to anyone.
What could be improved
More staff and better pay
The lady who served the Drinks also appeared to be a Dinner Lady and Cleaner and general ward assistant(fetching and carrying) a really helpful character.
The Nurses were at everyones beck and call (but were hapy and smiling throughout)
They could do with some help or at least financial recognition.
