I have had the worst experience ever at Leeds Dental Hospital

They are absolutely rubbish!

Appalling service, horrible, arrogant staff.

Would not recommend to anyone!

The opening hours are ridiculous. 9-3.30? What about people (nearly every person that works) that works 9-5 !

I ordered my retainer on Tuesday, they said they would post it that day, and a week later still not received anything! Rung them 7 times before getting through, to find out they posted it on the Friday! Disgusting service.

Was told I would have mu braces on for 1 1/2 years, and my teeth would be properly cleaned afterwards. 3 years later I had to ask for my retainer to be removed as I was starting work full time and cant get the time off..they did not clean my teeth at all. Left me waiting 5 1/2 hours in one day to get them removed.

My experience was awful.

Left me so upset with this and they did not show any sympathy.
