After 20 yrs of suffering I prayed this place would be the answer to all my prays.

Diagnosed quite quickly but never a confirmed diagnosis...... Always ifs and maybes, treatment was always put on hold and no one was sympathetic or believed a word you said. The Consultant is nice enough but as someone head of her game she likes a lot of playing around never ever lays a hand on you, no examinations, reluctant to offer correct treatments doesn't involve you in decisions and always palms you off at every appointment with an excuse why you should wait another 6 months or so!

If you are suffering in between appointments no one gives a damn, There is only one nurse that tries to help the others are just plain rude and uncaring!

Overall this time at this hospital for me was a painful traumatic process that left me feeling like a Liar, this place is for people in pain if you wasn't you wouldn't be there! So why do they treat you like you are overreacting?

Decided to move to Whipps Cross and one consultation was diagnosed with two new illnesses and told I had wasted four years and there was no rhyme or reason for all the tests I had been put through in the past.

So 20yrs hoping another 4 yrs wated and now some decent care but not in this hospital!
