What I liked
Had to take my son to casualty recently as he had fractured his arm. I have to say the treatment he received from the A+E staff was excellent throughout. Nursing and medical staff were cheerful, knowledgable and caring, and within 3 hours the fracture had been x-rayed, re-set to the coorrect position and plastered. No cause for complaint on this occasion.
What could be improved
Seating in the waiting area was very uncomfortable.
