Good care and communication at out-patient appt.

I would have liked to feedback positively about the clinician.

I am sorry you were not able to give your feedback at the time as we do have "Tell Us What You think" leaflets specifically for this purpose. These should have been readily available and I will check that staff are aware of them and how people can give feedback. Information can also be left on our website at:
