"THERE WAS NOTHING WE LIKED EXCEPT ..."

About: Kent & Sussex Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

THERE WAS NOTHING WE LIKED EXCEPT FOR THE POOR RECEPTIONIST WHO KEPT APOLOGISING , POOR WOMAN WAS NEARLY HAVING A BRAKEDOWN! ON SUNDAY NIGHT I HAD TO TAKE MY HUSBAND TO CASUALTY. WHAT A SHAMBLES! WE GOT THERE ABOUT 8.00PM AND LEFT ABOUT MIDNIGHT. NO TEA OR COFFEE MACHINES , NOT EVEN A WATER MACHINE!! DISGUSTING!! mY DAUGHTER HAD TO WALK TO A GARAGE TO GET A DRINK FOR US. WHEN PEOPLE ARE HURT AND UPSET , AT LEAST THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET A DRINK OF SOMETHING.

What could be improved

GET A TEA AND COFFEE MACHINE.

AT LEAST PROVIDE WATER!

GET SOME MORE STAFF TO TREAT PEOPLE. { THERE SEEMED TO BE ALOT JUST HAVING A WALK AND A CHAT.

I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO GO THERE AGAIN!
