What I liked
I had to attend A+E in the early hours of Tuesday 6th May/Wednesday 7th May for bleeding caused by a fall and was treated firstly by a nurse and then a doctor. Both were tremendous, introduced themselves, were confident, reassuring and had a superb manner with patients. I felt that my wellbeing was uppermost in their minds - a tremendous credit to the hospital and the NHS. HUGE THANKS.
What could be improved
The waiting area could be nicer, the seats more comfortable and the reception area is plastered with sheets of paper with telephone numbers, instructions - all looks a bit chaotic. It is also not very clearly signed as an A+E from the road.
