I have noticed that the hospital waiting time is now between one and half hours to two hours long. This is not acceptable.

I had an appointment on the 20th Feb 2013 at 15.15, I arrived at 15.00, I was not seen until 17.13, in addition the receptionist was very rude and looked very stressed out. When I was seen after a very long wait, The Dr was having problems accessing her computer. Eventually, another Dr stepped in to help.

On the 26th April 2013, I had a appointment at 14.50, I arrived at 14.30. I was seen at

until 17.10. I spoke to the receptionist a couple of times for Dr was taking to much time. They said they will have a word with the manager on Monday.

I also had MRI scan on the 22th March and blood test on 9th April, I have

not received any letters with regards to any of these test. I understand the hospital are making cut backs. It is the hospitals responsibility to keep patients inform of their medical notes. Now the hospital are saving paper.

The service that's been provided by this Hospital is appalling.

Your services and customer services are dreadful.

I look forward to seeing some improvements.
