A doctor has had a positive and drastic change to the live of an individual we support. We was able to be booked in at short notice and was greeted by the doctor outside, he acted with lots of compassion and welcomed and settled the person we was supporting. He was informative, professional and a real credit to the NHS. I have attended many situations like this through my career and have to say this is by far the best service I have ever received. Thanks again your understanding and help has been much appreciated.
