Medical side of this hospital is excellent, every thing is explained to you very well and double and triple checked so there are no mistakes.

But!

Administration at this hospital is appalling, trying to make an appointment or get someone to take responsibility for something is beyond belief, having to physically go into the hospital on a number of occasions and insist on speaking to someone face to face to get anything done as you generally wasting your time calling them on the phone as nothing will happen,

As in for the rooms, the staff knowingly put me in a room over night where they knew the tv did not work correctly, no wifi or mobile signal, and to top it of had to go to another room to wash as there was no hot water in my room as there was a know plumbing issue with the last 2 rooms in the corridor. Not what I expected from a Private hospital
