What I liked
From my visit to the outpatients dept, I was ref to the pre-admission ward. In both departments I was treated promptly and efficiently. The staff explained all procedures to me and were extremely friendly and reassuring. I was admitted for an operation, again, I could not fault any of the staff, everything was explained fully, post op pain managed extremely well. The ward was clean, the food very good and wholesome.
What could be improved
Took a long time to receive take away meds, meant a long wait to go home on the ward.
