"Good friendly help during visits"

About: Community physiotherapy / Dereham physiotherapy clinic

(as the patient),

Good friendly help during visits and made me feel comfortable about treatment.

NB: Nothing to do with treatment, but have been alarmed that a good sized house on the Dereham site is decaying from lack of use when it could be sold or rented to add some pennies to the NHS costs.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the treatment you received in the physiotherapy department at Dereham Hospital.I'm pleased you felt so at ease.

Thank you for bringing this building to our attention. The estates manager was contacted and he said that the Trust has agreed plans for the maintenance of these buildings, for their condtion to remain fully compliant to NHS clinical and estate standards. Also the buildings are sublect to future development.
