"Horrible nurse"

I was not i,pressed by the care my partner received in this a and e. the staff were unorganised and rude. One nurse in particular was horrendously rude and far too harsh..... Perhaps she should learn to alterher bedside manner depending on the patients as I am sure that works for some people but not everyone. I understand that a and e is stressful, but she should still strive to be more caring and professional.
