good lord, where to begin , i had broken jaw and complicated orthodontistry way back in 1986, then recently I was involved in a road traffic accident and one of my crowns came off when the airbag deployed and I punched myself in the face in the impact , my crown recovered and cleaned and glued back in my mouth..... then about 6 weeks after my private dentist had glue it back in , an ABSESS, my face bloated like a baloon and my dentist said he couldn't help me further .and to go to doctor for antibiotics while I wait for my 'crown to settle'.

Im afraid after 1 whole agonising week of no food , sleep and weeping tears, i was ready to saw my head off and walked from selly oak to town

Bliss, no appointment.. lovely staff, i didnt mind waiting the people were so lovely and kind and encouraged me to drink loads of orange squash, it hurt even to swallow and i was probably very dehydrated by this stage. x- rays and more waiting

then magically they gave me loads of injections and removed my crown, ohh the smell, like someone lancing a boil, then they removed the tooth,

I have nothing but the highest admiration for all the staff, everyone very polite , friendly and professional, treated me with such kindness and dignity despite the desperate state I was in,

What A difference - I want you to know I think you are all very thorough even to making sure i was fit enough to be treated in the first instance , I trust you all very much, since then I have returned to b'ham dental hosp for two further extractions and tho the circumstances under which I have needed to go were mundane , my treatment has been consistent , 5 stars all round, wonderfull people , wonderfull skills, God Bless The N.H.S
