What I liked

I work at the conwuest hospital as a student nurse, i recently have been a patient at the conquest hospital also. i have been able to see the hospital as staff and patient and believe the conquest hospital is fantastic. the hospital has very good housekeepers, very good staff that work together to provide a good service. if i needed anything at all the staff would help. even when the wards were understaffed, they also managed to help.

What could be improved

keeping up the level of cleanliness and keeping the patients informed of what is going on.
