"Gall bladder removal - I would just like to say a big thank you"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as the patient),

When I went in to the day surgery I was nervous regarding the operation, but the staff were really nice and they made me feel more at ease. Everyone explained what would happen, and that helped.

When I went to the ward, the staff were great and the Doctors who did the operation came up to see me and let me know what they had done. They were really nice. I would just like to say a big thank you to them all.
