Not just a name. From the beginning I was made to feel comfortable but more importantly I was treated as an individual. The whole experience was tailored to my needs and wants, which in an age of rinse and repeat, x+y=b, was very refreshing and made me all the more confident that I was in the right hands.
If only the rest of the system would take note instead of going down the route of making us feel like cattle. Obviously I am not naive enough to think I am cured but what I am is somebody who, thanks to inclusion matters and their staff, now has a great understanding of my illness and a confidence in using that knowledge. Most importantly I now have the power to help myself and for that I am incredibly grateful.
