"Efficient Care"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

Arrangements were efficient. Service at the hospital was efficient. I was seen with 30 minutes of the appointment time. The consultant was caring and understanding. The overall experience was one of efficient care.
