Whenever I use exchange, they don't have what I need. Run out of needles and swabs.

Thank you for your feedback about the exchnage in Lincoln. We are always keen to improve our services and welcome any opportunity to address our provision.

We shall look into this and consider our ordering of supplies and understand why this has happened so that this does not happen again. If you have any further problems please do not heistate to speak with the exchnage worker and/or record it formerly and we will be sure to respond.
