I have had three different keyworkers in less than a year. And they have hardly ever been here. I don't like telling my story to new people all the time - they are nice, but they just keep changing.

We are sorry to hear that you have been in the position of having three different keyworkers in a year. Where possible we try to prevent this as we recognise that it is not positive to repeat your details numerous times to different workers. It is also very important that a relationship develops between the client and the keyworker however there are occasions when it is unavoidable.

We are always keen to identify areas for improvement and would welcome the opportunity to look into this further. We will respond about why this may occur and display it on the, soon to be relaunched service user noticeboard, at Lincoln.
