I had an acute heart failure and I went to the Worcestershire Royal hospital A&E having been referred by my GP because I could not walked across the car park. A&E was expecting me and dealt with me expeditiously, and appropriately referred me to Wolver Hampton / New Cross Heart and Lung Where I had a miraculous and extraordinary surgery. For which I wish to praise both hospitals...If there is a higher than praise tick box I wish to do so….
